Description
We’re looking for confident, outgoing and reliable people to join the Mary Brown’s Freshers Activation Crew. You’ll work at universities, Freshers fairs and student events, helping bring the Mary Brown’s brand to life on campus. The role can include speaking to students, handing out samples or promotional materials, running competitions and giveaways, encouraging sign-ups, supporting branded activities and helping set up or pack down activation areas. This is a flexible, event-based position, with shifts offered around university activations, launches, promotional campaigns and other events throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Represent Mary Brown’s professionally at university and student events
- Engage with students and introduce them to the Mary Brown’s brand
- Distribute samples, vouchers, merchandise and promotional materials
- Support competitions, giveaways and interactive activities
- Encourage participation in promotions, app downloads or sign-ups where required
- Help set up and pack down activation stands and equipment
- Keep activation areas organised, presentable and well stocked
- Capture basic feedback or engagement information when required
- Work alongside the marketing and operations team during events
- Help create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in busy university environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability for event-based shifts
- Able to travel to different university campuses where required
- No previous promotional experience required
