Description
As an Instore Team Member at Mary Brown's Chicken you're the face of the restaurant. You'll greet customers, take orders on the till and through the app, get orders out accurately and quickly, and keep the counter, dining area and stock areas spotless. It's a fast-paced shift, especially at peak, and you'll be working closely with the kitchen team to keep tickets moving. We'll train you on everything from the till system to food safety, so if you've never worked in food before that's fine — attitude matters more than experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve customers at the till, drive-thru and collection point in a friendly, professional way
- Take and process orders accurately, including cash and card handling
- Pack and check orders before they go out to customers or delivery drivers
- Keep the front of house, dining area and toilets clean, stocked and presentable
- Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times
- Restock counters, drinks, packaging and condiments through the shift
- Support the wider team at peak times and help with close-down duties
What We're Looking For:
- 16 or over
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to work on your feet through a busy shift
- Reliable timekeeping and a positive attitude with customers and teammates
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic English communication skills
