Friday night is busy in the best way. The team has each other's backs.

James started on the make line and now runs Friday nights in Belfast. He says the job is pizza, people and timing, in that order.

The moment he is most proud of is coaching two team members into shift leader roles. He still jumps on the cut table when the board lights up.

He can see a path from shift manager to restaurant manager without leaving the brand he already knows.
