Lucy works the counter and the make line in Belfast. She likes the pace, the banter, and knowing exactly what a good ticket looks like.

She joined after sixth form and was nervous about peak. After a few weeks the rush felt normal, and she started looking after new people on the till.

She wants to keep learning the shop, then try for shift leader. For now she is focused on being the person guests are glad to see.
